| Which countries do you ship to? Fetch Pet, owner of www.fetchpet.co.uk, is based in the UK. We currently only ship to the UK and Northern Ireland. Delivery Policy - Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated by the Buyer. It is necessary that someone is present to accept delivery.
- Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and Fetch Pet Toys Limited shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the Goods howsoever caused.
- Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by Fetch Pet Toys in writing. The Goods may be delivered in advance of the quoted delivery date upon giving reasonable notice to the Buyer.
- Where the Goods are to be delivered in instalments each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by Fetch Pet Toys Limited to deliver any one or more of the instalments in accordance with these Conditions or any claim by the buyer in respect of any one or more instalments shall not entitle the Buyer to treat the Contract as a whole as repudiated.
- If Fetch Pet Toys Limited fails to deliver the Goods (or any instalments) for any reason other than any cause beyond Fetch Pet Toys Limited’ reasonable control or the Buyer’s fault and the Fetch Pet Toys Limited is accordingly liable to the Buyer the Fetch Pet Toys Limited’ liability shall be limited to the excess (if any) of the cost to the Buyer (in the cheapest available market) of similar Goods to replace those not delivered over the price of the Goods.
- If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods or fails to give Fetch Pet Toys Limited adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond the Buyer’s reasonable control or by reason of the Fetch Pet Toys Limited’ fault) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Fetch Pet Toys Limited, Fetch Pet Toys Limited may:
6.1. Store the Goods until the Goods can be delivered and charge the Buyer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage or
6.2. Sell the Goods at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to the Buyer for the excess over the price under the Contract or charge the Buyer for any shortfall below the price under the Contract.

Orders to Ireland, Northern Ireland and other non UK Mainland destinations will be charged at £15.00.
How long will it take to arrive? Generally items are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of payment clearance*. All items will be dispatched within 7 days of payment clearance, unless otherwise advised by email. UK - Once dispatched, 1st class recorded delivery items are usually delivered within 1-2 days. Outside the UK - Once dispatched, registered airmail usually takes 2-3 days. The delivery times stated are approximate, during certain busy periods (i.e. Christmas), items make take longer to be delivered. * Please allow 7 days for clearance of cheques from UK banks. Missing Orders If your order has not been delivered in the above timescales: - Firstly check the order status. To do this go to your My Account page and view the relevant order on the Order history page. If the status is pending, then we have received your payment, and are awaiting clearance.
- If the status of the order is Payment received, payment has cleared and your order is being processed, ready to be dispatched.
- If the status of the order is Dispatched, and 15 days* have passed since the dispatch date, then please use the Contact Us page, to inform us of the missing order.
* Please note. The Royal Mail does not consider an item lost, until 15 days after the dispatch date. Goods Returns & Refund Policy - Normally, Goods ordered from the Web Site will only be accepted under this returns policy if:
1.1. the goods are found to be faulty or,
1.2. the goods have been damaged in transit
- Because the Buyer is buying the Goods by mail order, the Buyer may have a right of cancellation. If the Buyer does have the right of cancellation, (and only if this is so), these are the terms which apply:
2.1. The Buyer must inform Fetch Pet Toys Limited of their intention to cancel within 7 days of the Buyers receipt of the Goods;
2.2. In any event, the Buyer may not cancel orders for food or other perishable Goods, nor for handmade, specially commissioned or personalised goods;
2.3. The Goods must be returned to Fetch Pet Toys Limited within 21 days of the date the notice of intention to cancel was given:
2.3.1. with both goods and all packaging in their original condition; 2.3.2. securely wrapped; 2.3.3. including the Buyers delivery slip; 2.3.4. at the Buyers risk and cost.
2.4. After Fetch Pet Toys Limited have received the returned Goods, the Buyers credit or debit card will be credited with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt;
2.5. If the Buyer does not return the Goods to Fetch Pet Toys Limited, the Buyer is still liable to Fetch Pet Toys limited for the cost.
2.6. Fetch Pet Toys Limited is under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from the Buyer, but if Fetch Pet Toys Limited does, all associated costs will be payable by the Buyer.
